Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before your appointment to avoid deposit forfeiture. ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT! No Call/No shows will be blocked from rebooking until 50% of your missed service is paid. Please be considerate of my time and the time of other clients. There is a 10 minute grace period allowed with each appointment. If you will be more than 15minutes late, please reschedule your appointment.
