Yes! In order for business to run smoothly we have to be considerate of one anothers time. Each service has a 30% deposit which will be used to enforce the cancellation and no show policy.
This deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due at the time of service.
DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to rescheduled/future appointments.

Each appointment is given a 10min grace period after which your deposit will be forfeited. Anything after 15 mins will have to be rescheduled. Please reschedule your own appointment.
All no call/no shows will be blocked from booking until a total of 50% of your missed service has been paid.
*NO COMMUNICATION WITHIN 10MINS IS CONSIDERED A NO CALL/NO SHOW. *
*No Third party bookings unless its for a minor.
